My mother purchased a convertible Volkswagen Bug from this dealership 2 1/2 years ago. She has had nothing but problems and she purchased the extended warranty on it however Prater has refused to do any work on the vehicle. After all the problems she decided to try and trade in last November and be done with it, when she tried she was so shocked at a what a Toyota sales man told her, they could not take her car as a trade as it has a LEMON TITLE! I looked at a couple 1 year old used cars on their lot. They were priced higher than what a new car would have been with the same equipment. I could not get the price lowered to what the blue book had listed as the fair retail value. One Charles prater told me he just taken in on a trade owned by a local lady. Later when I ran a car fax I learnt that it was bought at an auction and had been a rental vehicle from up north where they put salt on the roads in the winter time. ...
